Jen has practiced Yoga for 25 years and has been teaching since 2013 when she earned her 200-hour Prana Flow Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certificate, was attuned to Reiki Levels I and II, and began studying Herbs and Shamanism. She has also extensively trained in Yin Yoga.
With a lifelong connection to nature and sensitivity to energy, Jen has always been fascinated by natural healing and energy work. Her own health journey has led her to many Healing Modalities, and she’s been a Holistic Health Coach since 2015. Jen has a certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition She is a Health Coach Team Lead at Omada Health and has coached hundreds of people through lifestyle changes.
